The German Drone / Funeral Doom one-man project The Cold View attended the guitar work on the new Pantheist song “Warping the Space-Time Continuum”. The song is part of the third chapter of the fictional story that will build the concept for the new album by this legendary Doom band coming next year. Pantheist main man Kostas Panagiotou is telling on his Facebook page: "A few words about the track 'Warping the Space-Time Continuum' that accompanies the third chapter of the concept story. It is a drone piece recorded with the help of A.S. from The Cold View, a funeral/drone project from Germany which just released its second album. The track features church organ, drone guitar, keyboards and samples of Russian basso profundo singing. as ever, we are grateful for the collaboration and thank A.S for the time and (dark) energy he invested in this recording." 

The new The Cold View album “Wires of Woe, Ways of Waste” is already released by the Russian Doom Metal label Endless Winter as limited CD digipack with 8-page booklet (). It is also available in high quality digital formats at Bandcamp . Like the first album the new one again is a concept album. It is dealing with the modern technocratic world where the individual has lost it’s sense and purpose and got alienated from nature.

The new record is tied onto the debut album “Weeping Winter” that recently got re-released by the Russian label GS Productions. It comes as limited CD 6-panel-digipack and exclusive bonus track. The first album is a concept album about the rise and fall of the winter season, represented with one song for every month from November to March. The songs are dealing with emotional experiences and experiences of nature. The bonus track is the reflection and retrospective of the five original songs. The Cold View plans to release a split CD with a French Funeral Doom band at the end of the year. News about this will come sooner or later at the official Facebook page .
